Our long time amigo and one of the owners of 616 Bicycle Fabrication, Aaron Joppe, sent Fat-Bike a couple of spy shots of their new hub shell. The only thing he really shared with me about this new set of fat-bike hubs, was that they would be “the lightest on the market!” Earlier this year, 616 announced that they signed last season’s hottest fat-bike racer in the midwest, Jorden Wakeley. I can’t wait to see what Jorden can do on a custom 616 fat-bike coupled with 616’s new super-light hubs and wheels!
