The first US Open Fat Bike Beach Championships are set to go off at the Blockade Runner Resort in Wrightsville Beach, NC on Saturday, March 14th, 2015.
What: A weekend of Fat Bike Riding and racing on Wrightsville Beach, NC. Three different divisions for the races, Beginner, Sport, Expert. Prizes for each age group in each division.
When: Friday March 13, 2015 check-in/packet pick-up 5-6pm. Saturday March 14 races 9:00am-1:00pm. Awards Party 1:30-3:00pm. Optional night ride 7:30-8:30pm on Wrightsville Beach. Sunday 9:00am optional pontoon ferry ride to uninhabited 8 mile island for a guided ride.
Where: Wrightsville Beach, North Carolina. Blockade Runner Resort.
Entry Costs: $42 (Includes race entry, Race T-Shirt, special rate for Sunday Island ride) (after 3-1-15 goes to $50).
