Fat Chance! at Crystal Mountain Resort and Spa

Back again, and better than ever! Taking advantage of one of the nicest venues in the Midwest, Crystal Mountain plays host to the truest test of fat bike prowess you'll likely to take. Crystal Mountain has opened the majority of its trails to fat bikes all winter, and we'll take racers over every inch, with rolling hills, wide open passing, and an 8+mile lap that will allow us to offer a true 50km option!

This is the second stop of both the Northern Michigan Fat Bike Series and the Great Lakes Fat Bike Series! It's going to be a tough test for event the fat bike veterans, but the course will be immaculate, fast, but still selective. The longer laps will make it much easier to resist the temptation to slip into Thistle, the dedicated lodge for registration and after-party. They'll be plenty of time to enjoy the fire and food inside, as well as a very nice awards ceremony.
