The second race of the Short's Brewing Fat Bike Series, the spirit of King Vasa will send chills down your poagies. An all-new course for both the 18km and 35km races will take on singletrack, wide trail, every climb out on the Winter Sports Singletrack, and a flying spring finish at Timber Ridge.
It's another race that has demanded a well-rounded winner, with Jorden Wakeley taking the title in 2015. Whether for the win or the podium, the Vasa has been the site of incredibly exciting bunch sprints each year, and with a deep field expected, we should see another one in 2017.
