A little background on this awesome 3D rendering. Tibor is a 31 years old architect in Germany. In fall 2009 he came back to biking after maybe 6 years of absence.
After riding various Cruisers with up to 3″ tires, Tibor learned of fat-bikes about 6 months ago.
He did a lot of internet research, and now knows that he wants a Pugsley, that’s why this 3d model was built. Tibor says ” I took all the data I could find to create a 3D-model of the bike and its frame to understand how it will work with the offset and the 100mm BB and such other stuff like the 135mm front hub etc… at first it was only for planning… then my typical “get home from work”-fun… i added some textures and materials and started to build my dream bike..my dream Pugsley.”
Feel free to download it and use it as your own wallpaper. Just click on the image to open the full-sized version which you can right-click to save.
