The Wisconsin Endurance Mountain Bike Series is adding categories for Fat-Bikes with the addition of the WEMS State Fatbike Championship to be held in conjunction with the WEMS #9, The BuckThorn Buster, at the Ryan Park Trail System in Kewaunee, WI. The 6-hour Fat-bike Race will start at Noon and run until 6PM with classes for Male Solo, Female Solo, Male Duo, Female Duo with awards to 1st, 2nd, 3rd places in each class! That is a lot of hardware!
Race date is September 28th, 2013.
Here’s a quick mockup for the trophies they are currently working on. These will be burned from sheet steel, dressed, formed, painted gold, silver, bronze and then each mounted on a cedar slab!
