New Stickers?

We consider ourselves extremely fortunate to be able to work with naturalist & fine artist, Mimi Matsuda, on our new sticker. The title of the painting that is featured in the sticker is Aurora Bearialis. Mimi lives and paints out in Big Sky Country, but you can see more of her work and order fine art prints or note cards at Think about how cool of a holiday card these would make!

So How Can You Get Some Stickers?

We would love to offer these stickers to you for free, but last time we did that, somebody posted our sticker offer on a freebie web-site and every freebie loving hoarder from the sunbelt piled on. We’d like to make sure that these little works of art end up in the hands of our faithful readers – you know….you folks out there with fat-bikes in your blood. So there’s going to be a couple of options on how you can get your stickers. Blame whoever thought it would be clever to share the last sticker promotion with the freebie jackals for the hoops that we’re forced to make you jump through. This time we’re printing five hundred stickers and when those are gone, the promotion will end…..after which, we’ll probably come up with another design. Here’s how to get some stickerage (while supplies last).

1) Show up at an event, and meet Sven or your Uncle Gomez. We usually share where we’ll be in our Weekly Dose of Fat column that publishes every Friday morning. Don’t be shy, just ask if we have any stickers and we’ll lay some on ya!

2) List a fat-bike race/demo/festival, etc. on our new Race Calendar. It doesn’t even have to be your event. Just make sure you have accurate info and an event web-site to add to the listing.  (click here to register an event). Then send me an email, and be sure to include your snail mail address, along with the list of the Fat-Bike Events that you have added to our calendar. Send your email to and I’ll send you out a sticker-pack!

3) Sticker Exchange – Send a self-addressed stamped envelope, along with one cool sticker from your collection to Fat-Bike Stickers – 105 Evergreen Lane – Twin Lakes, WI 53181. We’ll send you a sticker pack made up with a mix of stickers collected from our readers, interbike and the new stickers that we just had printed.
