Weekly Dose of Fat – 12/6/12

 Tomorrow is Global Fat-Bike Day! Sven & Puck are headed up north to ride the beach. Julio, Angry Andy and most of our other homies (Gnorme, Ox, Amy & Bethany) will be riding at Kettle. I’m scheduled to visit the Minneapolis Global Fat-Bike Day celebration. While in MPLS, I’ll tour Hed Cycling and check out their new carbon rims. The primary reason that I’m headed up to the Twin Cities is to attend the Freewheel Bicycle’s Winter Bike Expo. I might even get to have a sneak peek at Brendan Moore’s new race sled over at Wolftooth Components before the weekend is over!

We hope that no matter where you live, that you get out and enjoy a ride tomorrow! Whether you join a group ride or go and ride your local stretch of trail, solo, remember to raise a glass, pint, water bottle or flask and make a toast to fat-bikers around the globe! Take some pictures and share them, here, there and everywhere! Have Fun! Be Safe! – and laugh till your tummy hurts….and then laugh some more!
