Jorden Wakeley won the GreatLakes Fat Bike Race Series last year and looks like a favorite to repeat. On his way to the Series Championship, Jorden won the coveted Noquemanon race in Marquette, MI that is the ‘self proclaimed’ World Fat-Bike Championship. In just a few days he’ll defend that ‘World Championship’ on a new steel, Six-1-Six race bike that has carried him to two consecutive victories in the Fat Chance and most recently, the Farmers Fat Bike Race, Jorden has been killing it, for almost as long as fat-bike.com has been reporting on fat-bike racing. To learn more about Jorden, click here to read an exclusive interview that we published last February.

I’d love to see Jorden race against Jay Petervary, Tim Bernston, Kevin Brietenbach, Todd McFadden, Jeff Oatley, Brendan Moore and Jesse LaLonde! If I forgot somebody fast and cool……then add them to the list! The sport needs a National Snow Bike Championship!
