Sven and I have a new Internet Radio Program called the Weekly Dose of Fat. We have a half dozen shows in the can and we’ve had a little contest going that required contestants to utilize the new voicemail tab to record a funny promo for the show. For some reason or another, we have not generated any contestants. So I came up with another contest that is really pretty gross, but as simple as pie. (which really isn’t that simple).
I’m somewhat of a tick magnet (a large, hairy, slow moving mammal) and reside in a lyme disease hot-spot, so I keep a killing jar for collecting any ticks that tap into my bloodstream, throughout the year. About a year ago, I made a spiffy new killing jar and started fresh. Let’s call it April of 2013. Since then, I’ve entombed every tick that we’ve picked off two adult human earthlings. Let’s call them Gomez and Bethany for the sake of realism. Your mission is to guess how many ticks met with their doom in Uncle Gomez’ killing jar over the last 14 months.
