I talked with Daniel Burt from Foes Racing about their new Fat-Bike Prototype that they showed at the Kamikaze Games out in Mammoth. He told me that they’re not calling this a fat-bike as much as they envision it as a mountain bike. It’s starting to become a common theme that we’re hearing as we start to talk to some of the new players in the dual suspension fat-bike game. DS Fat bikes are mountain bikes… and they open up new lines and terrain for riders with the skills to back up those choices. It’s going to be very interesting to see what riders do with this new platform. I predict rad-ness and…FUN!
