Please join the Chequamegon Area Mountain Bike Association (CAMBA) for the Fifth Annual Fat Bike Race After Party fundraiser after the Fat Bike Race on Saturday, March 11, 2017. The funds raised at the party will be devoted to expand and improve CAMBA’s winter trail grooming efforts.
CAMBA has been grooming close to 50 miles of trails between Hayward and Cable this season. The winter trail system started with the Seeley Hills Trail 5 years ago. The Seeley Hills Trail continues to be one of the crown jewels of winter single track riding in northern Wisconsin, if not the Midwest. The system has grown over the years to include trails at the OO Trailhead, Cable and Fish Hatchery.
The party runs from 4:00 to 8:00 p.m. at the Sawmill Saloon in beautiful downtown Seeley. There will be live music, food, craft beer on tap from the Angry Minnow and Bent Paddle Brewing, a silent auction, plus raffles.
CAMBA will also have a booth at the Fat Bike Race on Friday, March 10, where you can buy raffle tickets in advance and learn more about winter trail grooming. CAMBA is also leading guided tours at the OO Trailhead at 10:00 a.m. on Sunday to round out the weekend of Fat Bike Fun!
