Wallpaper (video) Wednesday – Nulato Hills

Eric Parsons and I trade emails, now and then and a few weeks ago he included a photo of some Musk Ox hair stuck on a bush, with a vague reference to his latest trip to Western Alaska. An area called the Nulato Hills. Eric is the man behind Revelate Designs and if you ever wondered how he comes up with all of the innovations that you see in Revelate Designs array of bikepacking gear, you may want to take a look at this video. When I watched the clip, I immediately wanted to share it with our readers. It shows real Alaskan backcountry fat-bike exploration.

We’ve written a few stories about our visits to Revelate in Anchorage and we’ve reviewed quite a few of Revelate’s products. Eric’s like the God Father of bike bags and they never stop innovating. The new Mountain Feed Bag and Mag-Tank bags that I recently purchased, are simply put “better” in a very practical way that features ‘real world’ benefits the rider. So I hope that you don’t mind that we hijacked Wallpaper Wednesday with a Nulato Hills video, for this week, but we’ll be back with a new desktop image for you next Wednesday.
