Great show from top to bottom, very enlightening. I enjoy that after each dose of Fat, my brain has many new things to ponder. Maybe I should pay more attention to what I ingest before and after a ride. Maybe I do need to figure out a way to talk my wife into a long weekend camping trip to Arkansas. Man I still need to find a jello mold in the shape of a gnome. Most of all, remember that the mics can still be hot, even if you’re told otherwise!
