News release from our amigos at Revelate Designs
Anchorage, Alaska – With roots in camping centric mountain biking adventures, Revelate Designs diversifies their line up with the Shrew, their smallest seat bag ever built for long days on gravel, singletrack, or utilizing the dead under your seat space while using a rack. The Shrew is a low profile bag with that packs a mighty 3-liter capacity and weighs just 4.5 ounces.
The Shrew does not rely on a seat post connection like most seat bags. Mounting only to the saddle rails, a fiberglass stay gives the bag maximum stability without sag or sway. Dropper, suspension, aero and high setback seat posts are no added challenge, the Shrew fits them all.
Borrowing from Revelate’s popular Terrapin System, the Shrew features independent rail straps and a roll-top opening making access to your items is simple and secure. “The Shrew is a great little bag for carrying an extra layer and a repair kit. It’s so light and compact, you almost don’t notice you’re carrying extra gear, but you have it when you need it,” says Lael Wilcox, ultra-endurance cyclist who took home the 1st place finish in
the Dirty Kanza XL while carrying the Shrew.
Stock colors black, blue and purple feature Revelate’s exclusive RevX-Pac material known for its durability and proven twice as abrasion resistant as standard VX. A high visibility version is also available.
