Full Spectrum Cycling #64 Schhh – It’s Schlabowske and Schuler in the Northwoods

Sven, JK and Tony are in the studio and Dave Schlabowske is our call in guest for Full Spectrum Cycling, Show #64. He and Tom Schuler (of 7-11 racing fame among other cycling pursuits) took a trip up to the Bayfield Peninsula to work on refining the Wisconsin Waterfall Bikepacking route and encountered heat, sand and a Lawrence of Arabia complex.

More photos from Dave and Tom’s sandy adventure. As Dave discusses during the show, the Bayfield Peninsula has copious amounts of sandy terrain for your bikepacking pleasure!

Show Beer

  • Potosi Snake Hollow IPA
    • 6.5 ABV, 65 IBU
    • Once teeming with rattlesnakes, the Potosi valley was known as Snake Hollow. The name lives on in our Midwest IPA. Medium bodied and generously dry-hopped, this beer boasts a bold citrus hop character, notes of grapefruit and a clean bitter finish.
    • 2016 Gold Medal World Beer Championships
