Kit Monsen made a movie about a bike trip he calls the Tour de Dovre that includes a recipe for Reindeer Stew. Don’t worry if you can’t get a tasty reindeer, you can substitute venison, lamb, or carne de gnome in a pinch. It’s like a cooking show and a fat-bike video all wrapped in a wonton skin and deep-fried in peanut oil – Crispy and Delicious!
