SHOWERS PASS INTRODUCES THE WATERPROOF “ELEMENTS”  JACKET

Portland, OR – Showers Pass today introduces the Men’s and Women’s Elements Jackets, adding to their growing line of technically engineered trail riding apparel. The Elements Jacket is lightweight and packable, built with fully seam-taped 2.5-layer waterproof-breathable performance fabric. A bit of stretch allows for greater freedom of movement, and the carbon-print lining provides natural odor-resistance and a far drier next-to-skin feel than other 2.5-layer materials. The Elements Jacket is also part of Showers Pass’ Clean Color collection, using eco-friendly dyes that keep harmful chemicals out of the manufacturing process.

The Elements Jacket is loaded with features for durability, wearability, and performance in wet and variable weather conditions: a removable hood, front pockets, reinforced shoulders, and core ventilation. But its greatest strength is its versatility. “This incredibly comfortable rain jacket was designed for mountain biking, but it’s such an essential wardrobe element that it never makes it back into the closet,” says Jeremy Rider, PR Director at Showers Pass. “It transitions seamlessly from singletrack to supermarket.”

  1. It is hard to find a really good rain jacket that moves and doesn’t make you sweat. This jacket is pretty reasonably priced and looks very cool. I am looking forward to the long term results.
