The Big Fat Bike Festival is coming right up on the calendar! I was lucky enough to attend this event a few years back. That’s where I first met Travis and Lorrie Hubbard and the super talented Bjorn & Kim and so many others! Homer is a guaranteed good time! Check out the event announcement below.
Calling all Fat Bike aficionados! Join Homer Cycling Club for the triumphant return of the BIG FAT BIKE FESTIVAL!!! This year we’re doing it a little differently and introducing a bike-packing element to our usual shenanigans. Participants can either pack their own gear or ride-light and take advantage of the sag wagon. This is a great opportunity for newbies and veterans alike to hone their packing skills and their kit on a known route with varied terrain. There’s something for everyone!
