I’ve been lucky enough to get to meet some of the most incredibly talented people in the fat bike world. Two of the most talented are Bjørn Olson and Kim McNett. I met them at the Homer Big Fat Bike Fest in Alaska before big corporate fat bikes started sponsoring their expeditions. I’ve followed them since their early days and they still amaze me with their feats of human strength and exploration. Bjørn and Kim travel by fat bike and pack raft on a trip that takes place above the arctic circle where they see abundant wildlife and bare witness to the effects of global warming on the fragile arctic ecology.
