Fat-bike News You Can Use!

Greetings from the Fat-bike.com News Room! It is Friday, March 14th and the forecast high in Milwaukee today is a balmy 60 degrees! You know what that means, I suspect. Any trace of snow we had in SE Wisconsin is gone. Heck, they JUST got the Fat Bike Birkie in with a great course thanks to a 7 or so inch snowfall just days before the event but it has been warm up there too and the snow is dwindling. Where has our winter gone? Oh well, I assume it will be back in April for a final flail but we are already thinking about sand and beach riding.

Fat-bike Trail Conditions

Hi all, Sven here. While we ramp the fat-bike.com machine back up we could use a few shekels in the ol’ coffers to keep the servers running and the lights on etc. The following are some items I have on eBay that, if sold, will help keep the wheels rolling true! Thanks.

I’ve been thinking of making the Fat Bike History bit into a Throwback Thursday thing. I don’t know about you but I like checking in on stuff that happened at the beginning of the fat-bike craze! Leave a comment if you think this is a good idea!

What’s Coming Up on Fat-bike.com and FullSpectrumCycling.com?

I dropped off the Panorama Cycles Chic-Chocs 3 with Seeley Dave last weekend when I went to the Fat Bike Birkie and he’s already had it out a couple of times. I’ve seen some sweet photos so stay tuned for his initial thoughts soon.

Tony has been checking out the INVRS Inverted Flat Pedal System and we will have a report from the commuter angle over at Full Spectrum Cycling soon. You can see the First Look at the INVRS Pedals here.

Weather permitting I am headed to the beach in Port Washington early next week to get a ride in on the Bearclaw Bruno. Stay tuned for pix and stuff.
