We had a blurb about the Simpson Desert Bike Challenge on last week’s Weekly Dose of Fat and I came across this video on the Simpson Desert Bike Challenge website. It is really well done and shows the Epic (and I don’t use that word lightly) ride, terrain and experience that this event offers participants. Not sure how I’ll ever make it to Australia but this would be a bucket list item for sure!
