  1. I bought a Wyatt Maverick for my son. Nice bike. I borrow it back now and then because it is so nice. Maybe I will get one of these and go Manhunting.

    • Right on, Bret! I’ve had a couple of Mavericks and, at 61 years old, am seriously considering a MavHunt! I appreciate that the bike is manufactured in the US and shows that US-based companies can innovate and make competitively priced bicycles for our domestic market.

  2. Please state what class of e-bike it is when reviewing e-bikes, there are laws governing what class of e-bike can be ridden where, and many local restrictions on trail systems. This looks like a class 3 e-bike so it’s use is not allowed on many trail systems including National Forests.

    • Good point. In the case of the MavHunt, as is the case with many eBikes, it is programable. The MavHunt is shipped as Class 2 and adjustable to Class 1 or 3. Mostly, it is up to the rider to comply with local regulations.
