- https://www.cpr.org/2025/05/13/borealis-fat-bikes-goes-out-of-business-trump-tariffs/ – We are sad to see this news! Borealis was a supporter of fat-bike.com for many years and were around for some great events and parties! Borealis is closing its doors. They are in the process of winding down, with plans to vacate its Colorado Springs facility by the end of July. The company is focusing on selling off its remaining inventory of approximately 200 bikes while maintaining customer support and spare parts availability during this transition period. https://fatbike.com
