I really like this chilled out ride along the Spencer Glacier in Alaska. The filmmaker has this to say about the vision and the process:
I had the idea a while back of doing one continuous shot riding across Lake Spencer and the face of Spencer Glacier. I also wanted to incorporate Anamorphic footage into the short film without stopping or cutting the single take of riding the glacier. This is the result of that vision. Imagery shot using Skydio 2 Drone and GH5 with homebrew Bolex anamorphic lens; thus the wide aspect ratio.
The bicycle seen in this short was a custom steel dropbar fattie built by the amazing Mahall Bikeworks.

I used to snowboard during the summer on the Byron Glacier which is closer to the road from Spencer. Sadly, the last time I went up there the Byron had pretty much disappeared. This is a great video of the Spencer ride and made me determined to get back up there this spring for a ride. Thanks!
