  1. We make a charcuterie board, cheese ,meats, crackers, chocolate, wine etc. it’s one of the highlights. Has to be layer out properly. Photographed for. All our friends to see online. Hahaha. It’s what gets us motivated to go.

  2. Made some dark chocolate dipped bacon for the St Croix Winter Ultra. Saved me after I bonked part way through.

  3. It’s probably cliche, but Bourbon. it’s like a sweater for your insides. for a non-alc. snack, i like Pure Organic Layered Fruit bars from club stores, they are small high-carb (14g per) and stay supple under freezing temps.
