Rip the Zip, Zip the Zipline and Sip some Hinterland brew, accordingly modified to keep everyone safe. Race Classes The race course takes full advantage of fantastic single-track and epic flow trails, all meticulously groomed for winter fat biking. Experience fast and flowy, berms and downhills, and a few challenging climbs. Don't let the distance fool you. If you enter the 3 lap, 21K race you will definitely be challenged. The single-lap 7K race has a few challenges as well, but is great for those newer to fat biking. We will have beer from Hinterland served in cans and bottles only, and refreshments available as well, individually packaged and/or served maintaining all recommended guidelines. We'll have music and a giant fire ring with lots of room to spread out. There won't be a warming tent this year, but we will have a changing tent available for individual use. Masks and hand sanitizers will be available. Masks required in the set-up area. LAMBO strongly encourages mask wearing and social distancing at all of our events and requires it in the setup areas. We will be modifying the race start to minimize any congestion (i.e. staggered start and spacing). The trails are wide and lengthy, with multiple segments to pass safely.
Food will be individually packed and served by assigned servers wearing masks and gloves.
Soda and beer will be served in cans - no beer taps to congregate around.
Sanitation stations and disposable masks available.
