Weekly Dose of Fat 8-3-12

Fat Cats in the dog days of summer – it’s freak’n August!

The news desk heated up this week with several stories coming across the wire(less) that should keep you enthralled and hopefully have you marking your calendars to get out and mingle with other fat-bikers in your neck of the woods. This time of year finds me splitting my time between Fat-Bike.com and my Mayoral responsibilities for Gnome-Fest Nueve’. Gnome-Fest is the largest Fat-Bike Gathering in the Midwest (among other things) and should not be taken on an empty stomach. Check out all of the links and the Wisconsin State Fat-Bike Race Series schedule way down there at the bottom…..and don’t be strangers – drop us a line and tell us a thing or two about your fat-bike fetish, at info@fat-bike.com.

Just an old cat that rides bikes, herds pixels, ropes gnomes and sometimes writes stories. I love a good story.

  1. What!? A snow bike event back at Kettle?
Good to see, but I thought “they” frowned on the very first (and ground breaking) SnowBike Enduro, and weren’t too keen on allowing another one there.
