Fat (video) Tuesday – GFBD 2016 – Scandanavia

Looks like Global Fat-Bike Day 2016 was a blast over in the great white north of Europe! Can we call that Scandinavia, without pissing anyone off? We basically start in Sweden and then stay with Finland the rest of the way. Let me start over….We’re going to share a few videos from the land of Vikings with fat-bikers celebrating “Fun on Bikes” in a quadruple play on this week’s Fat (video) Tuesday Presentation. Our first clip (above) is from the Örnsköldsviks archipelago in Sweden! Vikings are cool!

next up is Lappeenranta, Finland

Tom & Jimmy from Helsinki!

And we’ll end today’s presentation with a clip from Raahe, Finland

Happy GFBD 2016!

Fat Action – Contest!

Sven, JK and I took a road trip to MPLS last week and everyone that we visited gave us prizes to share with our readers. So in addition to the prizes from Surly, RSD and Uncle Dick’s Bead Slip, that we showed you last week, we now have additional booty from Bontrager, HED, and Framed Bikes! All of the contest details are below.

prizes

Send Fat-Bike Action photos and videos to uncle gomez@fat-bike.com and everyone that includes their snail mail address, will receive some stickers. We’ll also hold a drawing of all of the folks that send us photos or videos to win an assortment of schwag. Put Movember in the subject line of your email and don’t forget to remember to include your address. We’ll award prizes to 5 lucky winners* that will be chosen at random. We’ll draw the winner on New Years Day 2017.

*We upped the number of prize winners from 3 to 5 because we received additional prizes!
