Too bad you guys didn’t test the Vee Avalanche in the 4.8 format. Sounds like the 4.0 did well.
We’re waiting to receive the Vee Avalanche 4.8 tires for testing. Should I run white tires after Labor Day?
As long as you have white shoes to match!
A seriously cheaper option that works pretty well is to stud your own with stainless sheet metal screws. I used a pair of home studded Nates for several years for about $15 and several beers. Might be a good way to feel the difference before you shell out the cash for name brand studded.
