Dan McConnell shot this video of Jodi Melton, Eric Hunter, and Alan Jacoby for The Mammoth Channel 72 (local tv channel in Mammoth). Alan Jacoby shot the GoPro footage of his purple Mukluk. The video was filmed around the Mammoth Lakes area on legal trails and roads (Sherwin Creek Rd., Antelope Valley Rd, and the bluffs behind Snowcreek). Fat Bike Mammoth is currently advocating for more legal access to the groomed public trails, and will be doing a detailed trail impact analysis under special permit from the US Forest Service next Winter. Mammoth and the Eastern Sierra has enough quantity and quality of groomed snowmobile trails to become a fat biking mecca once access is granted… Stay Tuned!!
