Matt sent in this week’s Wallpaper Wednesday photo. Matt says:
When we had a chance of snow on February 5th, possibly the last of the season, I knew to load my bike up before heading to work. I start at 6:30 AM, and by 6:45 AM the snow was coming down fast enough for a two hour delay to be called. Already at work, I was faced with a dilemma; ride now, while it’s snowing, or wait until lunch? I decided to wait…. and I almost regretted the decision as my morning became consumed with meetings soon after the late-comers arrived. But at 11AM, I sent a presentation to my team lead, and told him I’ll be back in an hour!
No, this picture is not from Vermont, Colorado or New Hampshire. It’s good old southern New Jersey! As I pedaled through a snowy wonderland in the pines, it was blue skies to the left and grey clouds to the right. With heavy white snow weighing down the branches, I snapped the attached picture, which will reside on my computer background throughout the summer.
Thanks, Matt, for the cool remembrances! Very nice on a hot summer day.
