Weekend Video Bonus – Why Sandman?

Sandman make fat-bikes and their take on what they are used for is a bit different than the norm. In Europe, they have been shredding trails for years. Think all-mountain, on a fat-bike. This video is a collection of shots to answer the question Why? Beautiful shots!

We’d love to see what fat-biking is like in your part of the world!

If you’ve got a fat-bike related, short film that you feel is “Fat (Video) Tuesday” material, slap a link in an email with what, where & why info and videographer’s credit to info@fat-bike.com and you may see your opus, right here!

  1. Is there a working link? When you click “Play,” this one comes up saying “This video has been removed by the user.”

  2. I love this! This video is the beginning of what I see in the future. The capabilities and possibilities are very exciting. I prophesy that Fat bikes will be setting the bench mark in performance in many more areas other than Snow and Sand. Thanks

    • you hit the nail on the head Mark- note the distinct lack of snow footage- it’s all the other possibilities in addition to snow that make fat bikes so appealing!
