Wallpaper Wednesday the wilds of Moray, Scotland

This week’s Wallpaper Wednesday comes to us from Greg Stephen from Scotland. This picture made me think of Harvest, which made me think of Neil Young, which played the song Helpless on the jukebox in my head. This is what Greg shared with us about his photographs,

Here’s a few of my Ritchey Commando at home in the wilds of Moray, Scotland. The photo below was taken at Sluie on the banks of the river Findhorn. It’s an amazing cliffside path that drops from the far treeline to a wee inland beach.

Greg, Forres, Moray.

That looks like some fun-tastic beach riding! Cheers!

Theres some terrific beach riding through both Culbin & Roseisle forests along the Moray Firth. Indeed the North East Scotland & Highlands Fatbike groups on Facebook have regular rides there.

The pic with the cliffs is further inland along the River Findhorn where the rivers carved a gorge out of the sandstone over hundreds of thousands of years. Cliff edge singletrack dropping down to an inland beach before climbing back up again.
