Here we are in Prime-Time Winter Race Season 2022 (the year of the Double Duece. It’s the final weekend of January and Fat Bike Worlds starts today in New Richmond Wisconsin. I’ll be headed out there to see what it’s all about! February is chocked full of interesting and exciting events. You can check out our Event Calendar to see our curated collection of races, derbies, group rides, demos, and trade shows. The pandemic is still wreaking some havoc for race promoters, but I see several races have a blend of ‘in-person’ and virtual options available so that everyone can remain safe and healthy.
Look for live shots from the Fat Bike Worlds from us over the weekend on our Instagram @fatbike.com. The trail report that we received at sunrise this morning tells us that the racecourse is groomed into snow-crete ready for the big race weekend! It’s going to be a little weird seeing a big group of fat bike riders together. The pandemic has turned us all into a little bit of a hermit. I hope that I don’t panic!
