Wallpaper Wednesday – Section 16

This was just before sunset New Years Day 2022 after climbing 1100 feet to this point. From here, it’s about 1.5 miles down one of the most gnarly double black trails in Colorado Springs, into Red Rock Canyon Open Space. It’s a blast on a full squish when it’s warm and sunny. Add a rigid fat bike in the snow as it’s getting dark… that adds a whole new level of excitement to one of my favorite trails – Section 16
