Some initial thoughts…
The line pro flat pedals quickly found their way onto a Trek Farley and they look really nice fresh out of the box. I left the pins at the stock setting because I often ride in all sorts of sports sneakers, hiking boot types of shoe covering thingies. The pros install using an 8 mm Allen wrench with no flats for a pedal wrench. They are slightly thicker in height than say Chesters, but I didn’t notice any additional pedal strikes using them. They employ the common sealed bearing and a bushing that many other flat pedals use. So far they’ve provided workmen-like performance. At $100 they are priced at half of what other companies are charging. We will have to see how they do through the slurmy months of November and December.

What’s it like being the steward of a dead category and shilling for a cookie-cutter corporate overlord over and over again?
Must be fulfilling….
You are harboring a lot of anger…How’s that working out for ya?
I myself have found the reviews and articles quite informative and helpful. I have sought out and made purchases based off some of the reviews. I appreciate the Time and work that Gomez and other contributors have invested.
Keep it coming.
Agreed!
If you’re not into riding phat perhaps you should stick to other sites out there that may be more to your favoured genre of cycling. Over the years Gomez and other contributors have provided a great informative and fun platform for those of us true fat bike fans. Fat bikes may have reached their peak but certainly are not dying. Keep going Gomez!
