We recently got word that a set of Made in Minnesota HED/Berd/Onyx Racing fat-bike wheels was on the way. We set up the camera and shot a quick ‘out of the box’ video to share some stoke for what HED Cycling bills as the lightest fat-bike wheelset in the world. A sub-2000 gram wheelset is super light indeed! Since I shot the video earlier this week, I ate all of the Gustola Granola. It was delicious and it had lots of hazelnuts! We also ground and brewed a few pots of the SK Coffee Columbian beans. SK Coffee calls their light roast ‘Sweet’. Both the granola and coffee came with the Made in MN Wheelset.
